This policy regulates the terms applicable to ticket purchases, registration, and payments related to participation in the Vet Evolution Panama Congress 2026 (hereinafter, the “Congress”), which will be held from August 12 to 14, 2026, in Panama City.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Registrations for the Congress can be made through the official website using the following electronic payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Mobile payment platforms (Yappy or other compatible platforms)
- Other secure payment gateways specified on the website
All payments are processed through secure platforms with encryption protocols, complying with security standards and financial data protection.
2. Purchase Confirmation
Once the payment process is completed, the system will automatically send a confirmation to the user’s registered email, including the transaction receipt and registration details.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that their email address is entered correctly and to check their spam folder if confirmation is not received within a reasonable time.
3. Cancellation Policy by the Participant
Cancellation and refund requests by the user will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Cancellations requested until June 30, 2026: 80% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations between July 1 and July 15, 2026: 50% refund.
- Cancellations after July 15, 2026: no refund, except for medical reasons duly justified with a valid certificate.
Requests must be sent by email to info@vetevolutionpanama.com indicating full name, transaction number, reason for cancellation, and supporting documents if applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 20 business days from approval of the request, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless technical impossibility is justified.
4. Congress Cancellation or Rescheduling
In case of total cancellation of the Congress due to reasons attributable to the organization, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
If the Congress is rescheduled due to force majeure causes (pandemic, natural disasters, government orders, or other causes beyond the organization’s control), the following options will be offered:
- Automatic transfer of the registration to the new event date
- Request for partial or full refund as determined by the organization based on costs already incurred
5. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be made for the following:
- Transportation, accommodation, or per diem costs
- Bank fees, taxes, or currency conversion charges
- Optional services purchased outside the official website
6. Invoicing
Participants may request a fiscal invoice in Panama for their registration by providing complete billing information at the time of payment. Retroactive invoices with dates prior to the request day will not be issued.
7. Payment Security
Online payments are protected by SSL encryption systems and comply with PCI-DSS standards. The organization does not directly store credit or debit card data.
If suspicious transactions are detected, registration may be suspended or canceled until the legitimacy of the operation is verified.

9. Acceptance of This Policy
By completing the purchase or registration process for the Congress, the user expressly accepts this Purchase, Cancellation, and Refund Policy. It is recommended to read it carefully before making any transaction.
